My sister and I travelled by Eurostar with my parents (both 89). We had a walker and electric wheelchair. All staff at the hotel (and on Eurostar) were extremely friendly and helpful. The accessible room was super for their needs and we were next door. The breakfast was downstairs but the staff took us the "back way" to use the lift and all was OK. Breakfast great- all you could eat and suited all tastes and catered for my sisters gluten free/no onion/garlic needs well. No restaurant but the bar and bar staff great and there was room service with a limited but good menu (we didn't use). Loads of restaurants in walking distance and we have Uber app which worked really well. Great value for money. We would recommend.

The staff were lovely and very accommodating of my Dad who is in a wheelchair. The location was perfect and the hotel itself is absolutely beautiful. The bar was stunning and had such a lovely atmosphere; luxurious but cosy all at the same time.
