We were allowed to leave our bags at reception both before check in and after check out. Fawad at reception was incredibly helpful and friendly. The hotel’s location is unbeatable, 5 min walk to the centre and 10 to the central station. The room was clean, bright and cozy. Heating worked perfectly and towels and toiletries were provided. Definitely recommend!!!

This hotel is great; the rooms are a bit outdated, but that’s part of its charm. Don’t expect a pool, sauna, or bar—it’s just… simple and good. The location is very central, right in the heart of Brussels, close to Dansaertstraat… There are terraces, shops, and restaurants everywhere, so... while you’re shopping, you can drop off your purchases right in your room... The owner is super friendly and the bed was very comfortable... and yes, I have a bad back, so... Enjoy this little charming hotel... I’ll definitely be back.
