The hotel is very centrally located, close to a metro station and within a short walking distance of Grand Place. The staff were exceptionally welcoming, friendly, and helpful, which made the stay even more enjoyable. A special thank you to Andriy/Andrew, who truly enhanced our weekend with thoughtful tips and recommendations on what to see and do during a rainy Brussels stay, his suggestions even reshaped our plans for the better. Optional breakfast and coffee are available, and there is a great selection of restaurants, bars, and a couple of markets nearby. The room was also pleasantly warm, which was much appreciated during the cold and rainy winter season.

The accessibility to the hotel was easy, just 3 tram tram rides from Brussels midi station, so many middle eastern restaurants around the hotel which are clean and healthy.. The staff is awesome, friendly and supportive .. clean bed linen, good heating, clean … i cant complain about anything, i came for two nights and extended it to another after coming there!

We were looking for emergency accommodation due to a Eurostar cancellation and for that it served very well. The staff were excellent and the location good, being halfway between the Eurostar terminal and Grand Place.

I liked the Hotel , very clean great central area. Breakfast optional coffee machine also for buying at any time. Very cozy beds and lounge area too. well done. I am going back soon in late January on my next visit. I highly recommend the Hotel.
