Staff as always super helpful. The luggage storage came in handy when the new elevators were under maintenance for a while and the location is great - metro and airport train just a 200m walk away. Rooms very spacious and bed comfy.

At first, the exterior of the hotel made me think I had booked the wrong place. But as soon as I walked in and was greeted by the friendly and professional staff at the reception, I immediately felt at ease. And when I entered the room, I was honestly thrilled! During our two-week road trip through Europe, this was the first room/apartment that was truly spacious and incredibly cozy. It genuinely felt like home.
