Great location. Amazing dinner. Breakfast ok. Friendly staff. Room available early. Room clean, tidy but abit small with twin beds and dark.

Brussels was the first stop on our Euro trip, and we were pleasantly surprised by the hotel. The rooms and mattresses were great, and the design is exceptional. It is very well located in the historical part of the city, in a fully pedestrian area, so it feels very safe and there is no worry about cars. Thanks again to the receptionist for all the help.

Excellent hotel with a perfect location — right in the heart of Brussels’ vibe. The staff is outstanding, but a special mention goes to the Moroccan manager at the reception desk (unfortunately I don’t remember his name). He truly made my day. While Booking.com’s customer service was completely useless in dealing with the issue caused by the cyber attack, the hotel manager handled everything with professionalism, calmness, and efficiency, ensuring my stay went smoothly even though my reservation wasn’t properly confirmed. A true example of genuine hospitality. I would definitely return.
