A peaceful and safe neighborhood, and truly wonderful hosts - thank you for giving me a real “home away from home.” Although you make it clear you’re not a hotel, the room was better than a hotel: spotless, tidy, spacious, and very private. It’s also easy to reach by public transport, and all the essential shops and services I needed were just a few minutes away. One tiny “complaint”: the bathroom scale insists I weigh more than I should - clearly it's broken or has a good sense of humour! 😊 Warmly recommended—fantastic people and a great stay.

The host, Leila, is really nice and accomodating. Furthermore the host is a very heartwarming sweet person that makes you feel at home immediately. Her (I think) son was at home and helped us with luggage which we did not expect at all and was very nice. The check in was easy and a good experience. She showed us to our room, explained some things and let us be on our way. Leila speaks multiple languages, including good English, which was great for us personally. We did accidentally come across someone in the room next to ours (resident of the household) which I found a little awkward because the bathroom is outside of the room and I had to walk passed that door in my PJs haha. But that was more of a personal issue and had nothing to do with them. I hope we did not disturb him too much. The bed is really comfortable and the cleanliness is the best we've ever had in a vacation appartment. The shower is great and the bathroom is cozy but spacious. The waterpressure is just right. You get plenty of towels. The bathroom is outside of the room, but completely private as the host will explain. I saw another review that it was shared but that is absolutely not the case, it is a private bathroom. The view from the room is really nice. You can get a good look at the city from the window. You should really watch the sunset or sunrise if you can from the window! The TV was also a big plus. You can watch for example Netflix or play a game on the Playstation. The WiFi had good reception. We also loved that we could park the car safely in their private garage for a small fee per day. There aren't many spots to park on the street so this was really good and we appreciated that service. Last but not least the surrounding area is really safe and pretty quiet at night. You can escape the chaos and the busy streets of Brussel's centre in this appartment for sure. I saw some other reviews that it did not feel safe at night but we do not agree with this at all.

Great room, LOTS OF SPACE + huge shower room with toilet. We lived on the third floor and had a terrace next to us where we had dinner. The room is clean, there is a large TV and a comfortable bed.
