Staff were very accommodating. We arrived early from the train and went to the hotel to ask if we could just bag drop so we could go into town... but they advised our room was already ready. Great! We offloaded, had a look around some sites, came back to find the room hot from the afternoon sun, and after an unfruitful hour waiting for the air-conditioning to kick in, hotel staff upgraded us to another room. Very comfortable, shower water pressure amazing
