The staff were very friendly and helpful, particularly Austin who i dealt with a lot during my stay-thank you! Rooms were spotless, beds comfy and breakfast was amazing! Loved the lounge area. Travelled solo, nice place to meet others. I was taking it easy so took advantage of the cinema room. Only 2 of us watching a film...lovely end to the day. See you next time

very nice and friendly service, extremely helpful, both at the reception and the cleaning staff; the unlimited access to drinking water and coffee, good and safe location, clean room, very good English skills at the reception
