Friendly reception staff. The room itself was clean and comfortable. Easy to find from the Metro station and close to my office in Brussels.

It is located about 20 minutes from the city center, through a beautiful park. The room was clean, as was the bathroom. There was always someone present at the reception, so you could turn to them if you needed anything. They also have a very nicely arranged breakfast area (since I didn't have breakfast, I can't comment on the taste). In this area, there's also a fridge with drinks and food (like pizzas) that you can buy and bake in the oven nearby. Room cleaning during a stay is not included in the price. Each person received two towels, and I believe there is an extra charge if you want to change them.

Excellent location for a mission EU institutions, very friendly staff, well equipped and comfortable room (a broken microwave oven was immediately replaced).

Easy to reach the apartment by public transports, such as by tram 2 or 6 or metro 1 or 5. It's located at EU area, so it's easy to visit EU institutions.
