Excellent service overall, with especially helpful restaurant staff. Our waiter gave us fantastic local wine recommendations, and the gentleman at the eggs/waffles station was very friendly and welcoming — a great way to start the morning. We stayed over the Christmas period, and the hotel offered many lovely festive touches: mulled wine and biscotti after dinner, live music on several nights, and prosecco with finger food before dinner — all included in our stay. The food was delicious. We had half board, which was very convenient. I especially enjoyed the pumpkin ravioli for dinner. Heated ski lockers were a great bonus. There are also shuttles to the ski lifts — there is always a bus available, and the ride takes about 2 minutes. Only once did we wait around 10–15 minutes, but that was in the evening from the hotel to the lifts, which I guess is unusual for that time of day. Finally, many small details made our stay extra enjoyable, such as the bookshelves, billiard, and other games.

Food (breakfast, dinner) was very nice as well as staff serving the food and drinks. It is very convenient to have transfer to the ski lift (kind drivers) as well as a dedicated ski locker. SPA and Jacuzzi outside is great for relaxing after skiing.

Absolutely recommendable. One of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. The facilities exceeded our already good expectations. Every single detail is taken into account to immerse guests into comfort and wellness. Staff are attentive and helping. Spa, lounge, dinner, breakfast... Everything felt great. We are looking forward to coming back. We recommend taking half board. It really is worth it and results more economic in the end than paying it apart.
