Rory is an exceptional host. Everything was clean and tidy. Easy parking and access to the buttery. It's a good base to explore the broads.

Lovely accommodation is very clean, and it's a great place for 1 or 2 people. Many nice touches, including homemade bread and your welcome by name on small whiteboard. Nice bright room, too. Rory was a very nice welcoming host. As I travel without a car, Rory offered me a lift to the Strumpshaw Fen Reserve 2 miles away, too. Also, a lovely garden area you can sit out in. It's fair to say I think one of the best places stayed at through this site. Definitely recommend.

Lovely, private entrance and a warm welcome from the owner. Spotlessy clean - fridge freezer very handy. Also, nice little grassed area to walk the dog evenings and mornings. Very nice to be in a private space x
