Chiara, the hotel receptionist was very friendly and she gave us a very clear instruction about how to tour that beautiful city. The place is very well located and it is very close to telecabin to Lake como.

Location was good, very close to funicular. Very silent place, not so crowded like downtown and not so hot. Reception Lady Chiara was very nice and friendly. Breakfast was tasty and hotel has nice selection of wines with affordable prices. View from terracr was stunning.

Very close to the cable car that gets you to Como. Staff was very nice and the breakfast is great.

Chiara went above and beyond for us. She was incredibly helpful and kind. She helped us to book dinner reservations, helped with the funicular tickets and made sure we had breakfast one of the mornings that we were going to miss it. We had a lovely terrace which really added to our stay! Would highly recommend!
