Extremely good value, situated in the heart of Brussels. The rooms were clean, mine had a fresh smell. Windows can be fully opened. The bathroom is fine but nothing fancy. Beds were quite good. There is a very large terrace.

Great place, just a few steps from the market square. Check-in was flawless and the staff were super kind and helpful; they really went above and beyond to accommodate us. The rooms are a little dated, but they are so well-maintained that it wasn't an issue at all. There is a small terrace at the back of the hotel where you can relax. 100% recommended!

We have stayed here three times and its a perfect place for visiting Bruges. The beds are really comfortable, the rooms are a little dated but it is excellent value for money (especially out of season). All rooms have a kettle and tea/coffee making facilities too which is a plus in Bruges! It's right in the centre - handy for everything. Check out is at 12 noon which is great as you have time to relax on your last day. We will stay here again.
