Hotel Overview

The award winning Jan Brito hotel offers historic charm and grand 4-star rooms with free Wi-Fi in the centre of Bruges, 500 metres from the Grote Markt. This former residence of Baroness de Giey features a peaceful courtyard, original features and a bar with a fireplace.
The air-conditioned rooms at Hotel Jan Brito include a well-stocked minibar and satellite TV. All of the rooms in this UNESCO-protected monument boast unique décor and classic ambiance.
Musea Brugge and the Town Hall are only a 5-minute walk from Hotel Jan Brito. Bruges Railway Station is 1.5 km away. Guests can make use of the bicycle rental service at the hotel to explore the local area.
The courtyard garden features a 200-year old oak tree and a seating area. Breakfast is served in the Baroness’ former library and includes scrambled eggs, bacon and croissants. A recently opened garden pavilion featuring a fitness area, a sauna and a hammam is also located on the property.

Beautiful old building full of period features, very well maintained. Close to all attractions and restaurants that old Brugge has to offer. Superb breakfast. Friendly, helpful staff.

We couldn't have asked for a better location, near lots of bars, restaurants & the canal. The room was comfortable & facilities were good. We found the breakfast excellent and the staff were very friendly & helpful. I would recommend.
