From start to finish this was the perfect stay. Hotel greeting was so friendly and knowledgeable. The room was INCREDIBLE! Beautiful rooms looking over the canal. We couldn’t have wanted anything more. Central location too. We are 100% coming back. Thank you !

Excellent location right next to canal. Very welcoming and helpful staff. Looked after our luggage both before and after stay which was so useful.

The room was spacious, comfortable and clean - and it didn't feel like an in-personal hotel room. We had a lovely view onto the canal and the room came with a fireplace, which was an amazing perk.

The location was brilliant, everything was in walking distance and we had a car parking space just outside the hotel to leave the car. The receptionists gave us suggestions of places to go and things to do and were very friendly and helpful, making checking in and out easy and flexible. The room had luxurious decor, comfy beds, complimentary coffee & tea and being sat by the fireplace overlooking the canal was such a bonus at the end of a busy day exploring the city!
