The rooms were both lovely, the location could not have been better. Walking distance from both the train station and the town centre - beautiful location on the canal too. Breakfast was exceptional too, with a wonderful views of the canal. We planned to go out for breakfast, but decided to stay and have it at the hotel both days, it was too good to leave!

Wonderfully quirky decor and a fantastic canal view. Great location for walking to most attractions whilst also being quiet in the evening.

The novelty of stopping on a boat ,the friendly and accomadating staff ,all requests were met .Room very clean and comfortable 👍

Great room with canal view (free upgrade). Friendly, helpful staff. Cheap public parking just 10 min walk away by the Railway station. Short walk into town.
