Location is very good, the ski zone is in 20 min by car. Billa is just next door. The rooms are clean and comfortable.

Very good location for cycling and hiking. Nice and friendly host. Beautiful surroundings. We were here for the second time for the above reasons.

Modern, large apartment with direct skibus connection to Zell am See and Kaprun. Skibus stop just 2min walk from the apartment. The place itself was large and clean. It has dedicated ski/snowboard storage room with boot dryers. There's also a lift which helps a lot with moving heavy luggage. The owner was very responsive and helpful. I strongly recommend this place to anyone wanting to visit Zell am See-Kaprun area. Saalbach is just 30min drive from the place as well and it allows using lifts with the same skipass. There's Billa supermarket just 5min walk from the apartment as well.

Nice location in front of the high Alpine road, very close to Kaprun and Zell am See. Huge rooms with lots of space everywhere, big shower, large bed (I say that as 193 cm tall person). New, modern and very clean interior and all the items - looks like it was build and equipped the day before. Great kitchen with all the utensils.
