Location good but breakfast poor .Poached eggs were warm and butter inedible as frozen. Our waitress had never heard of sweeteners instead of sugar!

Recently refurbished, very tastefully done; clean, comfortable, everything you need + lovely extras. Everyone very friendly and helpful, including a maintenance man!

Beautiful room, gardens are lovely and the staff were welcoming and could not do enough for us. We travelled with a largish dog and she was made to feel welcome. The area around the pub is ideal for the first and last wee walk of the day.
