The owner has recently refurbished the fabric of this property to a high standard but apparently reused some of the kitchen appliances, furniture and windows. Consequently these items are not as high standard as the building fabric finish

Fantastic location! Apartment is decked out with all the essentials, with a great kitchen and a nice amount of space for a couple.

Close to Brewhouse and shops. Across from the beach, great listening to it at night. Verandah was great for relaxing.
