Lovely big spacious room & bathroom, balcony overlooking pool was very pleasant & a good size. The staff were wonderful & bent over backwards for us even letting us take an extra breakfast away as we had missed one to go on a tour. The pool area was large & water crystal clear & lovely temperature. Yes there are chipped tiles & it is about to be renovated but it definitely doesn’t warrant all the negative reviews about it. There were lovely lounges with soft cushions & clear water with plenty of shade - that in my opinion is most important. The restaurant was lovely though quite pricey but there were snack & small bite options too. I thought this was a lovely Hotel.

the beds and pillows were very comfy, the fridge was very cold and a little larger than normal, we were very happy to be able to get ice from the bar staff for drinks in our room, the bathroom was very large and roomy nice size shower and good water pressure and lovely shower wash/shampoos etc

Loved the room design and the pool area, as well as the restaurant. Had the best dinner of our trip here. Front desk staff also lovely and helpful throughout our trip.
