We loved that the retreat was totally isolated which meant you could disconnect from the outside world. The way the resort has been built respects the environment but you still receive a high standard of accommodation and services.

The location is awesome and very relaxing. The evening meals are amazing. The beach walk to the cave was well worth the effort of getting up early and the 1 and a half hour round trip. Was also good that mobile reception was reliable for finishing up a bit of work over a drink.

The remoteness of the retreat was amazing. The scenery, staff, food and accommodation were great. I loved the daily yoga practice. The instructor was fantastic. The day spa was also great.
