Friendly lobby staff and a manager that couldn’t do enough for you! Super comfy beds and great view from room. Great lobby bar. No wait for lifts which I hear is rare in NY! Good to have breakfast included with unlimited drinks and buffet of muffins, fruit and yoghurt etc.

Amazing hotel - it smells good, looks good, feels good. They serve the best drinks at the bar. Moreover the rooftop had an amazing party. The staff is really helpful and proactive. Superb stay. The location is also great - Bedford Avenue is super close and you can catch the train/tube and be in manhattan in 20-30 minutes.
