The hotel and the room was spotless (at least what we could see). The room was clean and there was nothing wrong with the room (beside the strange sliding mirror that opens up from the room to the bathroom itself....no idea who had that idea, but it is at leas funny and strange in the same time). The neighborhood was nice and safe even at night which made the hotel a perfect place to start and end your day to explore the New York area as it is also very easy to reach Manhattan or other areas (metro stations are at maximum 15 minutes of slow walking). As a bonus, the hotel helped us store our luggage from when we arrived in the morning till late night in a good and organized way (with tags, not just storing it) that made us feel that our luggage was safe as we explored the city.

The location was good. When we arrived the safe in our room was broken so they quickly allocated another room. The cleaning staff were always very pleasant and welcoming.

The location of the hotel was very good, walking distance to Dumbo, Pebble Beach, and cafe's and restaurants near by. The Hotel and room was very spacious and clean.
