Much cheaper than other accommodation in NY I could find (booked 5 mths in advance and looked for under $200 per night - which is a struggle thesedays). Toilet was clean. Only ca 25 mins on metro B or Q to Times Sq.

We had use of the kitchen, plenty of deli/shops nearby to buy and prepare in kitchen.

Michelle (the host) was so lovely, warm and welcoming. The House is in a great location with good access to shops, subway etc. It's also super quiet and calm inside the house compared the chaos of NYC. Our room and bed was incredibly comfy too! Absolutely loved our stay! Also loved that they had a neat little kitchen with all the basics so we could cook our food to save some $$$
