The breakfast was excellent, lovely fresh fruit salad and delicious bacon with scrambled egg. Jill was very helpful in recommending where we could have dinner, especially as one night was a Sunday. The house is a beautiful building with some magnificent period furniture, not immaculate but lived in and full of history. The view from the bedroom window was stunning.

Our room was very comfortable and we had a lovely view over the garden and countryside. The breakfasts were excellent - good choice and generous.
