The location was great. Was doing a long journey and saw this hotel near the M5. perfect especially as we were arriving late at night.

Staff are really attentive and know their jobs very well. Very friendly and welcoming. Albin on reception is always very efficient and excellent at his job, always warm and greeting. Bar staff really quick and friendly - Abby and Chris. Their is a tall middle aged Asian gentleman who brings the food out once you order in the bar. He is very friendly, warm and has great hospitality skills. He is funny too and guests seem to really warm to him. These staff are a credit to the hotel. Food is excellent as are rooms and bar.
