The facilities are looked after and well cleaned. The pool was clean. Good use of surveillance. Staff looked after us, giving clear directions for after hours room access.

I really enjoy the staff who left me a map to my room and keys. Melissa messaged me to make sure if I had any problems that I could contact them and they would be happy to help. Very high customer service and very much appreciated. I have booked with them again and will continue to book with them if they have availability. I had extra blankets and pillows in the room with an aircon and desk type thing with a mirror. I also had hanging storage for my clothes.
