Second visit to this hotel. Enjoyed it so much last year that we returned with a larger party this year. The staff here are wonderful. They are so helpful, always polite and professional but also treat their customers like individuals. The breakfast here is excellent. So much choice! The restaurant area is really nice and so is the bar area. Bedrooms are spacious, clean and extra comfy beds. Location of this hotel is perfect for visiting Cheltenham, Gloucester and the Cotswolds in general. We go there on motorbikes and make the most of the beautiful surrounding areas. Catching a bus or picking up an Uber is no trouble at all.

Breakfast was good. The room was lovely and the dining room had a nice restaurant vibe. The staff were exceptional from the helpful cleaners to reception and waiting staff. We used the Spa and had some lovely treatments there. I would recommend this stay.

Clean hotel, well located for business travel. Nice to use the leisure facilities and great service in the bar. Would return.
