The facilities were amazing, and so was Brockenhurst in general. Breakfast and dinner was really nice, however we did have to wait an hour for our food at dinner with our waitress disappearing basically for that whole time making it impossible for us to get her attention on this. We did get a discount in the end but still, rather disappointing of course. Everything else was really great.

The room was beautiful and newly refurbished. Beds are great. We were a party if six that booked separately. Staff realised we were together and organised a table for 6 for breakfast without being asked. We arrived for breakfast at different times but this was no problem. Breakfast (included) was excellent. Free parking and happy for us to leave the car after checkout so we could explore the village.

The staff were super friendly, the room have just been refurbished to a high standard.we ate in the restaurant and were not disappointed. Great location to hike around the new forest.

Beautiful cottage style chalets.. Spotless! Very comfortable. Would have been great had the TV or radio worked. Lovely breakfast bar.

Nice bar and restaurant area. Garden looked nice. Good location for Nee Forest. Family room good with two separate bedrooms and large bathroom with good shower. Ate burger in the evening and breakfast was very good with very good lady serving us.
