The rooms were spacious.and , in particular the lounge was pleasantly furnished. There is plenty of storage space. There is a certain old world charm about the property

The location of the property in Brockenhurst is beautiful; very quiet and opposite New Forest land and ponies. John is a most welcoming host and the breakfast each morning was generous and graciously served in the dining room. Our room was at the top of the house and had an adjoining lounge area.

Beautiful setting. Just outside Brockenhurst. It was great to walk into town. It was lovely to have a bath as well as a shower. Pre visiting owner asked lots to ensure our stay was to our liking.
