This is one of the best hotels I have stayed in not because of its grandeur - it is delightful but not grand but unquestionably for its staff who were without exception helpful, considerate and just plain pleasant. No requests seemed to be too much trouble, they genuinely welcomed us on arrival and went out of their way to make the experience an enjoyable one. The food was exemplary - Sunday lunch being one of the most enjoyable I have ever experienced and brought back boyhood memories. Breakfast was varied and plentiful with meals being individually prepared rather than served luke warm from a buffet. The room was very comfortable - good bed comfortable seating area and a great bathroom.

We love Broadway and have been several times, but this was the first stay at Russell's and it didn't disapoint! Comfortable, clean and breakfast very good! The staff were excellent and so friendly, we would definitely stay there again, and highly recommend it to anyone 🙂
