There a few niggles some of the bedlinen in particular the pillow cases where frayed, similarly the towel was also frayed, the plug in the sink was difficult to remove so i could let water out. The mattress protector was not quite on properly snd was working its way off. The top of the rainfall shower head was dusty.

Nice, clean, right in the centre of Broadstairs. My room had no window but I was aware about it and it was reflected in the room price.

It is beautifully designed with your stay in mind. Comfort and special touches to make you feel at home. In the room we have even the bunk bed have their own tv and headphones so that kids can chillax and parents too

The rooms are beautifully furnished, clean and comfortable. The property is in the centre of town and only a few minutes walk to the beach. The hosts were extremely accommodating around check in and parking.

Beautiful little boutique B&B right in the heart of Broadstairs. Our room was plush; lovely shabby chic funiture, comfortable bed and spotlessly clean. The breakfast, which you order the night before then delivered to your room in the morning, was delicious. The room had a kettle with tea and coffee facilities. There is also a conservatory, with a free coffee machine and water bottles which you can help yourself to. You can also take your breakfast into the consevatory, if you would rather eat your breakfast in there. The location is very central, a 5 minute walk to Viking Bay beach, attractions, shops, bars and restaurants. There is a parking bay allocated for each guest at the B&B, which is very handy not having to worry about parking. A gem of a place with a fabulous location. No complaints, would definitely return.
