We stayed for a night. The receptionist was superp, great service, the same the cleaning ladies. We had a small problem with the key they all tried to help us. The bed was very good. The location is great. Not busy area, walk to the center and to tram.

I loved the hotel's ideal location, the very polite and helpful reception staff, the option to have breakfast at the hotel, the high level of service, and the friendly attitude. I highly recommend the hotel.
