The hotel is lovely, very nice area to relax in downstairs. I had the Junior Suite thanks to an upgrade from booking.com. Which was fabulous, very comfortable bed with lovely bedding. Great bathroom with a fab shower. The staff were exceptional, friendly, warm and professional - nothing was too much bother. I had a delicious dinner in restaurant and it was a nicely decorated, stylish and warm environment

Our experience at this hotel was excellent in every aspect one expects and values from a good stay. Impeccable cleanliness, comfortable rooms, a very good restaurant, practical and well-organized parking, and an atmosphere where every detail has been carefully considered. But if there's one thing that truly makes the difference, it's the people. We want to give a very special thanks to Jindrich at reception. Without a doubt, one of the best people we've ever encountered in a hotel: always attentive, kind, understanding, flexible, and with a genuine smile that makes you feel welcome from the very first moment. A hotel can have everything in terms of infrastructure, but what truly leaves a mark are the people. And here, that's more than achieved. Jindrich makes all the difference, and we would return without hesitation thanks to him. He's undoubtedly a member of the staff who deserves to be valued (we stayed two days, and he was always there; it seems a bit excessive in terms of time, it would be good to review that). He deserves not only a good review but a raise :)

Very nice (real 4 star!) hotel for good price, I travel there for most of my stays in Brno. Close to the city center and the main train station and the bus terminal. Simple comfy rooms, well-stocked minibar, generous bathrooms, everything clean. Breakfasts are very good, you can also have lunch or dinner - above average for a hotel restaurant. Friendly staff at the reception, including the night shift (24/7 reception). I can particularly recommend walking/runnning by the river close by - nicely renovated public area.
