One of the most cleaned apartments I've bean during my roundtrip last weeks (I've visit 6 locations in 5 different countries) Apartment was really comfortable and warm!!! Price is not the lowest for the area, but totally perfect for this apartment which we were! Beds were really comfortable! There was also parking available but we did not use it (parking is free during weekends in Brno)

We were in Brno during New Year's Eve, apartment was very warm and cozy. Very comfort bed, everything clean and new. Perfect localisation. Very nice and helpful host (Michaela- thank you) who was wainting for our arrival to pass the keys to us. One can additionaly buy a parking place in the yard (300 CZK for a night - not cheap, but...). Be warned: long car may have problems to turn into gate: street is veryy narrow at the place and gate itself is narrow too.

The place is right to the city centre, you could also use tram lines that are nearby. It's very warm we were there in November with some minus temperatures.

Probably 10th time here, perfect location, parking spot, clean and comfortable. Great price.
