If you are part of a group or multi-party booking greater than 12 guests, please be sure to check directly with the resort as soon as possible after receiving confirmation of this booking.Please note full payment is processed when the booking is made.Kindly note a conservation fee is charged per vehicle on arrival.Units in the Studio layout category could have single beds OR sleeper couches on check-in, and will vary from unit to unit. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. We used the 4 Bedroom Chalet , I think they should update booking.com with the Chalet current look . It looked better that the images on the platform , family was so impressed with this place . Maybe its the chalet that we were given :) , so great and spacious , And the kids enjoyed Uncle MAX the tortoise , they still talking about that

On arrival we saw a giraffe! Highlight of our whole trip was seeing giraffes everyday! Staff is super friendly. Restaurant staff amazing and food was good. Everyday there is different kinds of activities to do for all ages.

The area is surrounded by beautiful nature, creating a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The apartment itself is clean, well-maintained, and very beautiful. The kitchen is fully furnished with everything you need, which made our stay convenient. We also enjoyed having our own private braai area, and the bar was a great addition to the overall experience.

The apartment we stayed in was very clean and neat. There is a modern setup. We traveled with 2 kids and the chalet was very comfortable for them. The resort has many kid friendly activities to keep the kids entertained. This is a great resort for families and I will definitely book again
