The cottage had everything we needed and more. The garden was beautiful, and the cottage itself was spotless and well-kept. We only wish we could have stayed longer. It was a truly lovely stay in a perfect location for exploring the Norfolk coast.

Hosts were very informative. Lots of attention to detail in the welcome folder. The house was spotless and smelt lovely and clean. Plenty of space for me and my partner and two young children. Fans and ice kindly provided due to the very hot weather. Lots of continental breakfast options. Was lovely to eat breakfast outside looking across the field. Great value for money.

Overall the property was extremely clean, a very well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds and sofa bed, lovely bathroom, good size TV, good choice of cereals and sufficient breakfast items. Good/fast communication with owner.

It is absolutely beautiful, far more than you would expect in any accommodation in this price bracket. Hosts super efficient with information. The most wonderfully equipped and clean place. A true Gem of a place!
