Our room ‘Denny’ was lovely. Nicely decorated and clean. The location was good and the property itself was really pretty. Lovely outside spaces, patio and beer gardens

Beautiful beautiful hotel with incredible staff who do everything to make your stay as stress free and comfortable as possible. The rooms are gorgeous with a stunning bathroom. Wonderful views and plenty of outside seating to enjoy them. Great food and just a lovely atmosphere all round. Thank you!

This is a fantastic hotel. The location is perfect, overlooking the Severn Estuary with views of both bridges, and there are nice walks nearby, including to the local marina. There is plenty of outside seating on different levels outside the hotel, and it is clearly very popular. As we travelled with my elderly mother, we had booked two rooms, and both were lovely with everything we needed. The beds are really comfy, there was plenty of space, and the bathrooms were really nice. We did not notice any noise at all when we were in our rooms. There was plenty of choice to eat at breakfast, including cooked breakfasts or an excellent selection of continental. We ate in at the hotel each evening and the menu was excellent. We all had different choices and all were really good. If we wanted something slightly different to what was listed, the staff were more than happy to oblige. The staff at this hotel deserve a special mention (especially Chris who went over and above). They are all very hard-working, but also really efficient, friendly and helpful. They were only too happy to help with anything, and to offer advice on good places to visit.

Beautiful room and well styled hotel. Good thought in planning room with mirrors to get ready and fresh milk option. Everything you need is in the room. Staff very friendly, especially Chris at breakfast who really makes you feel welcome.

Lovely inn, very friendly staff, good views and amazing food! One of our two rooms was excellent and huge! They also made us a special dessert for a birthday!
