The hotel has a great vibe, the staff are so friendly. Our room was perfect and had ever needed. In the morning, i mentioned that it was my husbands birthday and the staff member let us eat for free. We will most definitely return whenever we stay in Bristol.

The hotel was modern. The room was large and comfortable. I liked the shower and bathroom. Nice bed and kettle. Noise isolation in the room was really good. Even though my room was in front of a motorway, I couldn't hear a thing. Quite close to the train station (a 20-25 minute walk). Everything worked as intended. I appreciated they had a European power outlet.

Comfortable bed and great blackout curtains! Decent shower tho bathroom was small. Lovely staff at reception.
