Design is lovely, location was nice if you're heading to the shops or want to be in the city. Room was nicely done, decor is stunning, the bar is cool and little outside garden is cute. Bath was great, staff were friendly. Menu looked incredible and we were excited for our last minute one night stay in Bristol.

Extremely helpful and friendly person on reception desk , helped find a parking space and gave lots of info on my destination. Seemed to genuinely interested in people staying at the hotel.
