Even though we only stayed there for one day, we felt completely at ease. The room, with its surprisingly great facilities, was truly memorable. What stood out most was the receptionist who went out of her way to help—since we had an early meeting, she gave us perfect advice and sorted out breakfast arrangements without any hassle. We’re so grateful to her!

Fantastic friendly service. Food was gorgeous and great range drinks. Accommodation spotless and bed super comfy. Fantastic close location with free parking near Southmead hospital.
