You must show a valid photo ID (Passport/Driving license/BRP) upon check-in.Please note that the property does not accept sports teams.Please note our venue hosts loud music events until 2 a.m on Fridays and Saturdays, and occasionally on Thursdays (please contact the property for more information).We only accept a maximum booking of 7 nights.Please note that more than 6 rooms will be considered as a group booking and this property cannot accept group bookings.Music events Thursday - Saturday and to expect it to be loud here until 2am.We do not accept guests with a Bristol address or locals to the area as we are solely a travellers and backpackers hostel for tourists wishing to engage in a cultural exchange with other tourists.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.

Friendly and helpful staff. Receptionist even helped me with my heavy suitcase. Changed rooms as I asked for a bottom bunk which was really helpful. Great having a bar and restaurant on site. Good kitchen and lounge.

The staff is really nice and available to help in any way possible. The central location, next to the central bus station and close to green areas and supermarket as well.

Amazing place to stay. Great vibes, style and location to where I needed to be. I'll 100% stay here again! Loved it! We stayed in a room with it's own bathroom. Towels and bedding were supplied. Little tea and coffee station and a TV with streaming options came with the room. Everything was really clean. Lots of toilet roll supplied (which can be measly in some places.) All staff on site were amazing, everyone was really smiley and friendly, which added to the amazing vibes of this place. The artwork/graffiti were amazing, lots of details have been put in to making this place super unique, which I loved. It seems very popular with the locals/students, and the tourists were welcomed by the regulars, which was lovely to see.

Rooms are nice clean and the bed was so comfortable. I had a good sleep. The location is perfect close to the Bristol Bus station around 10 minutes walk. I heard that they normally have music events going on. When I arrived that day, the music was playing until around 11:30pm which wasn't too bad.
