To start, it was in a great location. The property does not benefit from parking but has two multi storey car parks on its doorstep. We parked in The Galleries car park which was cheaper than the one directly opposite. The staff we met were friendly and helpful, especially when we needed an iron last minute! Location was very central and only a few minutes walk from the bars we wanted to go to and the shops. The beds were comfortable, something I usually struggle with when I stop away from home and the room was clean. If we would be attending the Balloon Fiesta again we would definitely be rebooking this place to stay for our visit.

The Hostel was centrally located, really secure with swipe card entry and the staff were really friendly and informative. It was perfect for what we needed.

Good location, clean, quiet, spacious, privacy curtains, free breakfast and luggage storage, friendly staff. I mentioned a couple of issues and they were promptly addressed. It was my second time here and I will be returning.
