The location was good. Close enough to the city and also a few local pubs and shops. Quiet road. Good shower! A good base for the Balloon Fiesta. Lovely and clean inside

Convenient for where we needed to be. Area was nice and quiet. The garden has now been landscaped so was fine. All the appliances seemed new.
