The fine print
Group Policy: We consider a group to be three apartments or more being booked in the same city for similar dates. When making a group booking full payment will be required at the time of booking and this is non-refundable. Apartments are fully cleaned after 7 nights.
Additional cleaning services are provided, including fresh towels and refuse collection for a surcharge.We provide a weekly cleaning service for stays of 7 nights or more. We can arrange an additional cleaning service if requested for an additional fee.Please note that the full amount of the reservation is due before arrival. will send a confirmation with detailed payment information. After full payment is taken, the property's details, including the address and where to collect keys, will be emailed to you.
Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.

A wonderful stay in a magnificent historical house in the heart of Bristol! The suite was superb: very clean, well-equipped, and the staff were wonderful and friendly. The bedroom had a white noise machine – it’s one love, now I need it at home! The surroundings are great for a historical or party stroll. We were very happy to stay there!

We recently stayed at this accommodation and had a great experience. The place was very clean, well-maintained, and exactly like the photos. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom was spotless, and all the necessary amenities were provided including a small kitchen area, which was very useful. The location was ideal and check-in and check-out were smooth and easy. Highly recommended!

Very convenient location, spacious, clean and comfortable. Very pleasant. We had a courtyard view, not troubled at all by noise from the street, just seagulls!
