The greeting from the receptionists was friendly and she had a nice smile. The room was spotless and well maintained. I struggle gettng in and out of a bath - so the beautiful shower was a real bonus plus the quality shampoo and soaps The bed and pillows- I actually took the pillowcase off to see if I could find the brand of the pillows.

Room was a good size, clean and comfortable Excellent room facilities; fridge, tea and coffee Bathroom clean with lovely toiletries and a proper bath mat for the shower

Best hotel in Brizzle. Best team for hospitality in Brizzle. I lost an LP I bought at a show. Not only did they find it they wrapped it all up for a courier to collect. All the time keeping me up to date. Absolutely the best customer service ever. Thank you

Casual feel with a comfortable and hospitable welcome from staff. The hotel is dog friendly which actually isn’t fair, it’s really dog welcoming and also was mindful of a bit of space for the guests who are less keen on pets. Thats helpful to dog owners and aids a better relaxed atmosphere. Goof all round. Food was good for hotel service.
