Very easy check in and out process. Very friendly staff, very nice clean building. Had a trainee staff on the desk when I checked in and out, amazing customer service from her. Very friendly person, didn't catch her name.

I would like to particularly commend the lady who ran the dining room during my one night there (5 Sep 2025). She was very friendly and helpful and accommodated my request for a half portion of the cheese for dessert. In fact, all the staff were very friendly and I had a great experience. Kudos also to the chef who cooked my steak to perfection.
