The hotel was easy to find, close to where we needed to be and had plenty of parking. The parking was easy to complete and pay for and it was only £5 for 24 hrs. All of the staff were very friendly and welcoming. Our room was lovely and clean, our bed was very comfortable and so was the sofa bed which was also very spacious. The food was very nice and reasonably priced, breakfast was also very nice and there were plenty of options to choose from. Great price for the room, especially as breakfast was included, would definitely recommend this hotel and we will be using it again.

Good location for UWE visit. Free breakfast. Comfortable beds. Imogen at reception was fab and so helpful in booking us in at such late hour.
