Staff we impeccably polite, and smiling and happy. Lovely bar area. Bedroom, nice and quiet and comfy bed. Would highly recommend for a stop over night or a couple of days stay.

Very helpful male staff in pool reception who helped me retrieve my locker token and was very careful to make sure no one was in the female changing rooms. Very welcoming female staff who was in the dining area (older lady) and all restaurant staff including the chef saying hello as he went by to the kitchen. Good welcome by receptionist on arrival and on checkout. Room very clean and big enough. The impression was of a well run hotel with sufficient staff (a special mention to the cleaners too for keeping such a busy place clean) and, as important, the staff seemed happy which makes a difference to us.
