When booking 6 rooms or more, different policies and additional supplements will apply. The property will contact the guest following their reservation.When travelling with a dog, please note that an extra charge of £25 for 1 dog or £40 for maximum 2 dogs, per night applies. Dogs are allowed in designated guest rooms-please notify the hotel in advance.The Breakfast inclusive rates include a Full-cooked breakfast and Dinner inclusive rates includes 3 courses from our seasonal menu. Supplements apply to certain items. Inclusions only apply for adults.Children’s Breakfast is not included in the advertised rates and the charges are as follows directly to the hotel: 0-4 years old – Breakfast Complimentary/5- 11 years old – Breakfast charged at 50% full price/ 12 and over breakfast charged at full adult price. Kids Dinner Menu also available.Please note extra beds and cots must be confirmed with the hotel prior to arrival, customers will be required to settle children's extra bed charges (£30 per night) directly with the hotel.Parking within the Hotel grounds is very limited and chargeable at £12 per day. Alternatively there is some pay & display parking bays in and around Clifton Village, please pay at the machine.Parking is subject to availability due to limited spaces.

Terrific Location in a quiet neighbourhood near green space but downtown, Clifton, Cotham, University is walkable. Also - if you wear reading glasses, the layout of the shampoo/conditioner/soap is so considerate (see photos). And rather than an overly complex shower turn on system like most hotels, it was an actual button on. Best hotel bathroom ever!

Easy upgrade and late check-out at quite small fees, early check-in was available free of charge = you ask you get :) absolute must stay for Clifton!!!

We loved the location of the hotel and how close it was to everything we needed. The staff were amazing on arrival and were really helpful. The room itself was gorgeous and we were satisfied with it, the bed was wonderful and so welcomed after a long drive to Bristol.
